This study aims to describe the efforts of the Indonesian government in increasing tea exports to the Russian market and strategies to improve the quality of tea farming and the welfare of coffee farmers. The research method used is explanatory research. This study is focused on discussing the government's efforts to increase tea exports to the Russian market and the influence of farmers in increasing these exports. Second, researchers feel the need to provide a time limit for the phenomenon or problem to be studied, namely 2009-2012
This study uses the perspective of interdepedensi liberalist, and the theory of international cooperation as well as the theory of Offer Curve / Reciprocal Demand (OC / RD). The level of analysis is international cooperation, as well as demand and supply.
From the results of the study, it is known that Indonesia's tea exports to Russia have fluctuated but are increasing, but behind the high exports, the welfare of tea farmers is not guaranteed.
