Pengembangan Materi Ajar Kelipatan Persekutuan Terkecil (KPK) Dengan Model Matematika Realistik
This research is a development research (Research & Development) which is to produce teaching materials for Least Common Multiples (KPK) using a realistic mathematical model. This teaching material is intended for fourth grade elementary school students in learning mathematics. This research is motivated by the low quality of mathematics education, especially at the elementary level. Weaknesses found in students ranging from understanding concepts to solving problems related to mathematics. The least common multiple (LCM) of some numbers is the least common multiple of all these numbers. Realistic mathematical model is a mathematical learning model that is related and relevant to real daily activities. This study uses the Plomp development model with the research subjects of Class IV students at SD Negeri 021 Pekanbaru. The development of teaching materials is carried out in 3 phases, namely: preliminary research, development or prototype, and assessment. Collecting data using questionnaires and interviews. The validation of teaching materials was assessed by three validators, namely, material experts, educational technology experts, and language experts. The validation results from the three validators show that KPK teaching materials with realistic mathematical models get an overall average percentage of 94.1% that meets the "very valid" criteria. Practicality was assessed by students and teachers and obtained the percentage of results of 96.03% and 93.75%, respectively, with those meeting the criteria of "very practical". So, KPK teaching materials with realistic mathematical models can be used by elementary students
