Pengembangan Media Interaktif Materi Konduktor Dan Isolator Di Sekolah Dasar
This study aims to develop interactive learning media in elementary schools, especially in the material of heat transfer material for conductors and insulators. This method research and development (Research and Development) by adopting the 4D development model (Define, Design, Development, and Dissemination) proposed by Thiagarajan in 1974. Research and development involves media experts and material experts as expert validators of the developed media. Data collection techniques in this study were validity and practicality questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is to calculate the average percentage score which can be seen from the appearance aspect, the material aspect (content), and the practicality of teacher and student responses. The results obtained from the media validity test showed that the interactive media material of conductors and insulators got the very valid category with a percentage score of 81,54%. The development of interactive media is said to be very valid because it has met the assessment criteria seen from the appearance, material, and language. While the results obtained from the practicality test of student and teacher responses showed that the interactive media material of conductors and insulators was very good with a percentage score of 91.37%. This shows that interactive media is suitable for use by teachers and students in learning. From the results of the validity and practicality, it can be concluded that the interactive media of conductors and insulators in elementary schools are declared valid and very practical. This research is expected to be able to assist educators in using learning media in elementary schools, especially science learning with heat transfer material for conductors and insulators, and can be a reference for other researchers in developing interactive learning media in elementary schools.
