Pengaruh Supervisi Kepala Sekolah Dan Integritas Guru Terhadap Kinerja Guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Bangko Kabupaten Rokan Hilir
This study aims to describe the influence of supervision and integrity on teacher
performance. This research was conducted in Rokan Hilir Regency for elementary
school teachers in Bangko District. The sample in this study was 181 teachers
who were selected randomly. The data was obtained by means of a questionnaire
that had previously been tested to see the level of validity and reliability. The data
were analyzed descriptively and statistically (multiple regression analysis) using
the SPSS version 1. The results showed that in general the three variables, namely
supervision, integrity and teacher performance were still in the medium category,
therefore the quality needed to be improved. However, it turns out that the
influence of supervision and integrity on teacher performance either partially or
simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, with
a contribution of 28%, while the rest is determined by other factors such as
motivation, compensation, experience and others which were not examined in this
study. this research. Thus, if you want to improve teacher performance, good and
appropriate supervision is needed both by the principal and by the supervisor on
the learning carried out by the teacher, and it is also expected that the teacher
will also improve his integrity.
