Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Dan Profesionalitas Guru Terhadap Kinerja Guru Sekolah Dasar Di Gugus Teratai Kecamatan Kampar Utara
The purpose of this research is to know the effect of Principal’s Leadership and
Teacher Professionality towards Teacher’s Performance at At Elementary School
In The Teratai Cluster North Kampar District. This research was conducted at
Elementary School in the Teratai Cluster North Kampar District Kampar
Regency. The number of population was 107 people, and and samples were 84
respondents by first conducting instruments try out towards 30 respondents. The
data analysis was done by descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. This
research was conducted to determine the effect of Principal’s Leadership and
Teacher Professionality towards Teacher’s Performance. The validity of the test
items using the product moment and the instrument reliability coefficients were
calculated using the Cronbach Alpha formula. The conclusion of the research
results are; (1) There is positive effect between Principal’s Leadership towards
Teacher’s Performance. The coefficient of determination (r2) = 0.374 or 37.4%
and the regression equation Y= 98,545+0,167X1 with low category correlation.
(2) There is positive effect between Teacher Professionality towards Teacher’s
Performance. The coefficient of determination (r2) = 0.281 or 28.1% and the
regression equation Ŷ=109,828 + 0,206X2 with a low category correlation. (3)
There is positive effect between Principal’s Leadership and Teacher
Professionality towards Teacher’s Performance. The coefficient of determination
(r2) = 0. 436 or 43.6% means that the effect magnitude of Principal’s Leadership
and Teacher Professionality towards Teacher’s Performance is 43.6%.
Regression equation Ŷ= 90.623 + 0,101X1+0,164X2 with moderate category
correlation. The research results show that Principal’s Leadership and Teacher
Professionality have positive effect towards Teacher’s Performance either
simultanously or partially.
