This research is motivated by a number of phenomena, namely the professionalism of teachers in classroom management is low, the lack of teacher participation in participating in existing education and training, based on the results of interviews with students, they prefer younger teachers to experienced teachers, because teachers who are more young people are enthusiastic and have better methods, and there is no significant difference between teachers who already have an education certificate and teachers who don't have an education certificate. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a positive influence between education and training (training) and teaching experience on the professionalism of elementary school teachers throughout Batu Hampar District, Rokan Hilir Regency. This study uses a form of quantitative research, meaning that in collecting data, the researcher only uses numbers and percentages and focuses on the relationship between the independent and dependent variables. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between education and training (training) on the professionalism of elementary school teachers throughout Batu Hampar District, Rokan Hilir Regency. (2) There is a positive and significant influence between teaching experience and the professionalism of elementary school teachers throughout Batu Hampar District, Rokan Hilir Regency. (3) There is a positive and significant influence between education and training (training) and teaching experience on the professionalism of elementary school teachers in Batu Hampar District, Rokan Hilir Regency.
