Pengaruh Pemberdayaan Karyawan Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Kunango Jantan Pekanbaru

ABSTRACT
The study aims to describe the empowerment of employees, the working environment and the performance of employees both totally and in dimensions. Describe the impact of employee empowerment, the working environment has on the performance of employees in kunango industries.
Primary data obtained by disseminating questionnaires, interviews and observations as instruments to prove study results, to test the questionnaire's results on the research then the data analysis used is a quantitative analysis using a linear regression. There are 133 populations in this researcher as well.
The results of this study show that: 1) employee empowerment and work environment affect employee performance, this is demonstrated by f count (71,428) greater than f table (3,090), 2) employee empowerment affects employee performance, 3) the work environment affects employees' performance.
