Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Melalui Komitmen Pada Karyawan Mitra Kerja Fungsi Pemeliharaan PGT PT.PHR WK Rokan
The purpose of this research is to find out how leadership and work motivation influence performance through employee organizational commitment in employees of PT PGT Maintenance Function Partners. PHR WK Rokan.
The population used in this research were all employees of work partners or contractors in the maintenance function of PGT PT. Pertamina Hulu Rokan (PHR) Rokan Working Area (WK) numbered 271 people and the sample was determined using the Slovin formula with a margin of error (e) of 5% as many as 162 people. The analysis used in this research is PLS (Partial Least Square).
The research results show that leadership has a positive and significant effect on commitment, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on commitment, leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Commitment plays a role in partially mediating the influence of leadership on employee performance, so it is possible that there are other variables that mediate the influence of leadership on performance.
