Pengaruh Pemberian Insentif Terhadap Peningkatan Semangat Kerja Karyawan Bagian Penjualan Sepeda Motor Merek Suzuki Pada PT. Riaujaya Cemerlang Cabang Nangka Pekanbaru
Abstract: this research goes from low employee morale problems of the Suzuki brand motorcycles sales are seen with high rates of employee turnover is the sale of Suzuki brand motorcycles, low employee productivity, indicated by sales did not achieve the sales target that has been set and there is disquiet and unease of employees, especially in sales force in work due to the sanctions given to them if a predetermined target not achievedsuch termination of the working relationship. As for the purpose of this research is to know the granting of incentives and employee morale as well as giving incentives to increased employee morale the Suzuki brand motorcycles sales at PT Riaujaya Cemerlang Branch Nangka Pekanbaru. This research analyzes the data by using a descriptive quantitative analysis and to answer hypotheses have been proposed to do statistical analysis using simple linear regression. The research concluded that the granting of incentives overall rated it good and overall employee morale was judged good enough. Based on the results of data analysis through statistical analysis, it can be noted that the independent variable (incentive) has a strong connection to the dependent variable (employee morale). The independent variable (incentive) gives a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (employee morale), so if a free variable is increased it will cause an increase of the variable.
