This research was conducted on January 2016 at Sugie Village Moro Subdistrict Karimun Regency of Riau Islands province. The purpose of this study was to determine the efficiency of the application of non-financial aspects such as marketing, and technical manager in the cultivation of seaweed managed farmer. for know the size of the production investment and feasibility in use in the cultivation of seaweed. To method used the case study method, the research on the case study subjects that relate to a specific phase or typical of the whole personality. The results showed the Implementation aspects of nonfinancial for marketing and manager still blocked the cost of access, while technical cultivation of seaweed in governance runs very well and is supported with site selection right. Based RCR obtained 1,21 and R/C> 1 then the seaweed farming profitable, the FRR value is 18% so that the amount of benefits higher compared to the investment bank which is only 7%. The PPC value 5,4 period. Application of the agribusiness system to cultivate seaweed is good enough, but there are constrain on agro-industries where processing sub-system only in dried from and has not been able to produce ready meals..
