Pengaruh Job Insecurity, Kepuasan Kerja Dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Turnover Intention Pada Perawat Rumah Sakit Syafira Pekanbaru
This research aims to determine how the influence of job insecurity variables, job satisfaction and organizational commitment simultaneously or partially on turnover intention of nurse at Syafira Hospital Pekanbaru.
As for the population in this study were all nurses in Syafira Hospital Pekanbaru which amounted to 87 people. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis, besides also using quantitative analysis that is using multiple linear regression with help of SPSS program version 20.
From the results of tests that have been done, simultaneous regression test (F-test) shows that job insecurity variables, job satisfaction and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant effect on turnover intention variables. Partial regression test (t-test) shows that job insecurity variables, job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a significant effect on turnover intention variable. The amount of influence generated (R2) by these three variables together to 64% intersection turnover variables, while the remaining 36% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
