This study examines the Influence of Implementation Just In Time Through Pull System and Partnership to Lean Service Performance at ArifinAchmad Hospital Pekanbaru Riau Province. Which includes 2 independent variables, namely Pull System (X1), and Partnership (X2with 1 dependent vairiabel that is Lean Service Performance (Y). The purpose of this study is to determine whether the implementation of Just In Time through Pull System and Partnership is simultaneously and partially influence to Lean Service Performance at RSUD ArifinAchmadPekanbaru, Riau Province.
The population used is to 32 people and with sample also 32 people. Analyzer used is multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing showed significant influence between independent variables Pull System (X1), Partnership (X2), on the dependent variable of Lean Service Performance at RSUD ArifinAchmad Riau Province.
The hypothesis is accepted because the result of regression equation yields Thitung (X1 = 3.996), (X2 = 4.102) >Ttable (2.045) with Sig value. For each independent variable (X1 = 0.00), (X2 = 0,000) < 0.05. This means that the implementation of Just In Time with Pull System and Partnership variables have a positive and significant effect to Lean Service Performance in RSUD ArifinAchmad Riau Province.
