Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Penggunaan Fasilitas E-Filing Oleh Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi Di Kota Pekanbaru

This study aims to see the factors that influence the use of e-filing facilities by personal taxpayers in the city of Pekanbaru, The study was conducted on several personal mandates listed in KPP Pratama Senapelan Pekanbaru amounted to 10, 471, Samples taken as respondents taken using the method convenience sampling. The result of calculation of slovin formula, then the sample in this study amounted to 99 people. The questionnaire distributed to 99 respondents, and successfully collected again with complete answers obtained from 74 respondents. Data collected from 74 subsequent respondents Data were analyzed with the help of SPSS version 2.0 software using descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis to produce classic assumption test, data analysis model, coefficient of determination and prove hypothesis. the results of this study indicate that the perception of e-filing usefulness in tax reporting is good. And based on the results of tests conducted obtained the results that the perception of utility affect the use of e-filing for personal taxpayers in the city of Pekanbaru with t count 4.785, perceptions ease of using e-filing in tax reporting is good. And based on the results of tests conducted obtained the results that the perception of ease of influence on the use of e-filing for personal taxpayers in Pekanbaru City with t count 2,380, the perception of satisfaction using e-filing in poor reporting. And based on the results of tests conducted obtained the result that the perception of satisfaction does not affect the use of e-filing for personal taxpayers in Pekanbaru with t count -0.154.
