Analisis Pengaruh Kemudahan, Kenyamanan Dan Kepercayaan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Dan Repurchase Intention Di Tokopedia
This research aims to know the influence of the ease, convenience and confidence in purchasing decisions and Repurchase Intention in Tokopedia. The population in this research is a student of the Faculty of Economics and business of the University of Riau.
Primary data collected with a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of research, to test the hypothesis in this study was the use of the analysis of the path (path analysis) with the help of the program SPSS. The sampling technique has been chosen is a Purposive Sampling Method (102 students faculty of Economics and business of the University of Riau).
The results of this research show that: 1) ease, convenience and confidence have significant effects and partial towards purchasing decisions in Tokopedia, 2) convenience, comfort and trust has significant effects in indirectly against repurchase intention with a purchasing decision as mediation variables, 3) purchasing decisions have significant influence towards repurchase intention.
