Sintesis One-Pot Dan Uji Toksisitas Senyawa Pirazolin 5-(2-Klorofenil)-3-(4-Metoksifenil)- 1-Fenil-4,5-Dihidropirazol
ABTRACT
Pyrazoline is heterocyclic compound series characterized by a 5-membered ring structure composed of three carbon atoms and two nitrogen atoms in adjacent positions. The pyrazoline ring contains N–N bond linkage which is considered to be the key factor in their biological activities, such as anticancer, antioxidant, antibacterial, antifungal, antidepressant, antiinflammatory, anticonvulsant, and antitumor. This research aims to synthesized pyrazoline 5-(2-clorophenyl)-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-1-phenyl-4,5-dihydropyrazole (PF-4OMe-2Cl). Analogue pyrazoline PF-4OMe-2Cl was synthesized use one-pot synthesis method by reacting 4-methoxyacetophenone, 2-clorobenzaldehyde, and phenylhydrazine directly with microwave-assisted. The purity of the compound was carry out with TLC test, determination of melting point and HPLC analysis. Pyrazoline compound have been characterized using UV, FTIR, 1H-NMR and HRMS spectrometers. Synthesized compounds of PF-4OMe-2Cl showed yields 47,18%. Pyrazoline coumpound was screened through toxicity test with Brine Shrimp Lethality Test (BSLT) method. Results of toxicity test show that pyrazoline compound was not toxic with LC50 more than 200 µg/mL is 3,936 x 103 µg/mL.
