Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Aset Tetap Untuk Mendukung Operasional Pada Pt. Rifansi Dwi Putra Pekanbaru
Efficient asset management is crucial for construction companies like PT. Rifansi Dwi Putra, which owns various heavy machinery and operational vehicles. Currently, asset management is still conducted manually, which hampers efficiency, increases the risk of errors, and delays decision-making. Therefore, the author designed and developed a web-based asset management information system using the Laravel framework. This system aims to facilitate the structured, accurate, and efficient recording, monitoring, and reporting of fixed assets. In the system design, the Unified Modeling Language (UML) approach is used to map workflows and relationships between entities. Several UML diagrams are utilized, including: the Use Case Diagram, which illustrates the system's functionality and user interactions; the Class Diagram, which designs the data structure and entity relationships; and the Sequence Diagram, which shows the sequence of interactions between objects within system processes. By implementing this system, it is expected that PT. Rifansi Dwi Putra can manage its fixed assets more efficiently, reduce the risk of errors, and improve decision-making accuracy.
