Gambaran Faktor Risiko Penderita Kanker Payudara di RSUD Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru Periode Juli-Desember 2010

Breast cancer is the most frequent cancer in women after cervical cancer
in the world. The exact cause of breast cancer is unknown, but there are a large
number of risk factors associated with breast cancer incidence. This study aimed
to know the description of risk factors for breast cancer patients in Arifin Achmad
general hospital Pekanbaru from July to December 2010. The study design was a
descriptive cross-sectional study among female patients who had been
histopathologically diagnosed with breast cancer based on the medical record at
the inpatient and outpatient care in Arifin Achmad general hospital Pekanbaru
from July to December 2010, by using a questionnaire. The results were obtained
