Pengaruh Reward dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Guru SMP Negeri di Kabupaten Pelalawan
This research aim to influence between (X1) with job satisfaction, (X2) with Job Satisfaction and influence between (X1) and (X2) withjob satisfaction. Population in this research is 113, research sampel amount to 87 respondent. Data analysis the use is regretion analysis, regretion coeficient result of this research indicated thatpositive influence between (X1) with (Y) with corelation coefficient 0.16, there are also influence between (X2) with (Y) with corelation coeficient 0,26. While influence betwen (X1) and (X2) with (Y) is 0,36. The conclution from corelation (X1) and (X2) with is owning direction positif.
