CV. Kijang Makmur as one of the company in Pekanbaru , very is requiring of support resource professional human being in running its activity. The research aim to analyze the significant of the influence of communication climate, job training and career development toward working motivation of employee.
The research was using survey method to the workers of employee at the administrative section CV. Kijang Makmur. CV. Kijang Makmur Surfeited sampling is used for purposive census. Data accumulation is utilizing observations, questionnaire and interviews technique. It so happens with the data analyze is utilizing with a multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 21. The result of the research is concluding that communication climate, job training and career development are influential significantly toward working motivational of employee.
The implication of this research shows that communication climate, job training and career development factor important to consider when the organization determines the development policy of working motivation of employee.
