Hubungan Sikap Asertif dan Iklim Organisasi Dengan Prestasi Kerja Guru MTS Negeri Pekanbaru Propinsi Riau

This research aim to relationship between (X1) with work achievement, (X2) with work achievement, and relationship between (X1) and (X2) in the same time with work achievement. Population in this research are teacher of MTs Negeri in Pekanbaru with respondent are 131, sample of the research amount to 100 respondent. Data Analysis that use is correlation analysis, correlation coefficient and correlation determinant. Result of this research indicated that there is positive relationship between (X1) with (Y) with correlation coefficient 0, 960. There is also relationship between (X2) with (Y) with correlation coefficient 0, 943. And then together relationship between (X1) and (X2) with (Y) with correlation coefficient is 0,94. The conclution from correlation (X1) and (X2) with is owning direction positive.
