Analisis Kelayakan Usaha Industri Makanan Bolu Kemojo Di Kota Pekanbaru

This research aims to determine feasibility analysis of the industries bolu kemojo in Pekanbaru City. The theory that used in this research is feasibility theory with non-financial aspect and financial aspect. The sampling technique that used is purposive random sampling method based on the highest, middle and lowest market share which one just 3 industries bolu kemojo. The research results are obtained from legal aspect, marketing and market aspect, and management aspect are this bolu kemojo industries feasible to go and developed. The result from financial aspect are obtained that Net Present Value method shown positive value, Al Mahdi Bolu Kemojo in the amount of Rp. 257.210.396,31,-, Tiga Boedjang in the amount Rp. 2.009.189,74,- and Bolu Kemojo Maklung in the amount of Rp. 4.372.834,68,-. Net B/C Ratio method results obtained, Al Mahdi Bolu Kemojo at 1,95, Tiga Boedjang at 1,07 and Bolu Kemojo Maklung at 1,24. And Internal Rate of Return method obtained, Al Mahdi Bolu Kemojo in the amount of 44,29%, Tiga Boedjang in the amount of 14% and Bolu Kemojo Maklung in the amount of 20,15%. These results shown that industries bolu kemojo are feasible to go and developed in Pekannbaru City.
