Analisis Kelayakan Usaha Pengolahan Bumbu Masak Di Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai Kota Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the feasibility of cooking seasoning business in Marpoyan Damai Pekanbaru city Regency which is seen from non financial and financial aspects. The method used in this research is descriptive method by discribing non finansial aspect seen such as market aspect, technical aspect and economy and social aspect. The quantitative method is mathematical model to see business feasibility based on investment criteria such as Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C ratio), Net Benefit Cost Ratio ( Net B/C ratio), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Payback Period (PP). The data used is a survey of every cooking processing business actor in Marpoyan Damai Subdistrict, Pekanbaru, as many as 15 respondents.
The results of this study indicate that the non financial and financial aspect are feasible. The non financial aspect of cooking seasoning business in Marpoyan Damai Pekanbaru city Regency has met the criteria, then it just depend on how to promote the product. In the financial aspect of the NPV investment criteria is more than zero, with the highest NVP value of Rp. 1.685.918.111 and the lowest of Rp. 126.811.808 with an average of Rp. 571.595.307, therefore every business actor is eligible for business. In the investment criteria B / C ratio> 1, the average Benefit Cost is 1.26, meaning that every business actor is worthy of effort.
On the investment criteria for Net B / C ratio> 1, the average Net B / C ratio is 39.1, meaning that every business actor is worthy of effort. The IRR investment criteria shows that the discounto rate is greater than the average investment rate of commercial banks at 12%, with an average IRR of 61%, the investment in the business of cooking spices is more profitable than saving in a bank with an investment interest rate of 12%. On the PP investment criteria shows the business of cooking seasoning has an investment that produces cash flow that can cover the investment costs that have been incurred, with an average PP value of 2.1 months. By looking at the value of the investment invested in the return of capital, every businessman managing cooking spices in Marpoyan Damai District is worthy to be developed.Keywords:Feasibility Analysis, NPV, B/C ratio, Net B/C ratio, IRR and PP
