Roller Grinding at Atox Coal Mill is equipment used to refine coal (raw coal). Atox mill there are three roller grinding. The movement of the grinding roller comes from the movement of the table below it. The lubrication system on the roller grinding is classified as an external lubrication system. Roller grinding in the atox vertical mill is equipment that uses large heavy duty type bearings. Lubrication on the bearing is designed to lubricate the bearing completely and evenly, so that the operating life of the bearing can operate, and also to maintain the operating temperature of the bearing in a stable state. The design of the external lubrication system must be efficient so that it can be operated with a long life and does not experience damage when operating because it will affect the performance of the roller grinding. In this research, no bearing construction design design will only discuss the type of bearing damage and cause of failure that occurs in the SKF 23068 CAC bearing or bearing failure, and will be focused on calculating the performance and age of the bearing based on field data.
