The hydraulic flower vase press is used to press flower vase molds from palm oil
fiber so that it can become a product that has a sale value. This final project aims
to produce flower vases from palm oil fiber. The main components of the
hydraulic vase press are the gear pump, oil tank, electric motor, and coupling as
the driving force. In this final project, a coupling has been made through the
turning, drilling, and tab processes. The components are then assembled then the
machine is tested and to press the palm oil fiber, it is placed on a flower vase
mold and pressed with a Hydraulic Flower Vase Press Tool. MANUFACTURING
AND ASSEMBLING OF HYDRAULIC FLOWER PRESSING TOOLS according
to the design. The hydraulic vase press can be used and can produce flower vases
from empty palm oil bunches.
