Evaluasi Biaya Dan Waktu Pada Proyek Konstruksi Dengan Konsep Earned Value (Studi Kasus: Gedung University Main Library Universitas Riau)
ABSTRACT
In construction projects in Indonesia, delays in development are still common. Issues of delayed execution time and additional costs frequently arise during project implementation. Therefore, an evaluation of cost and time control is needed to complete the project using the Earned Value Concept. This study aims to calculate the project's cost performance index, schedule performance index, cost estimates, and time estimates required to complete the project. The method used is quantitative analysis based on data from a project that has been running for 91 weeks (632 days) on the University Main Library building, using secondary data as the source of information. The results of the study show that in the 91st week, the Cost Performance Index (CPI) was 0.9584 (less than 1), indicating that the actual costs incurred exceeded the planned costs. Meanwhile, the Schedule Performance Index (SPI) was 0.800 (less than 1), indicating that the project execution was behind the planned schedule. The estimated cost to complete the project (ETC) was Rp6,839,983,632, and the total project Complate cost (EAC) was estimated at Rp28,763,055,654, suggesting that the expenses incurred exceeded the initial budget. The estimated project Complate time (ETS) is an additional 3 weeks (21 days) beyond the planned project schedule of 95 weeks (649 days). This indicates a delay in project Complate from the predetermined schedule.
