ABSTRACT
Along with the development and technology, human beings can create and make tools that can enable people to perkerjaannya. For example in the job open and close the gate which is a daily activity - the man who performed at this time, in this case the need for a tool to be able to open and close the gate electrically using the motor, and rail gerbox gear gearbox chain as a place to run a fence . As for how the tool to open the motor cover fence should be no turning round using the relay in teganggan 220 volt supply. To operate the device - the tool uses 2 pushbutton switch to be able to open and close the gate, when pressing the pushbutton 1 then the fence will open and when pressing the pushbutton 2 then the fence will close. The boundary motion using two limit switches to stop the fence. From the test results it can be obtained as a result of the speed of opening and closing the fence is at 20.58 cm / second.
