Perbandingan Pengaruh Latihan Full Range Push Up Dan Push Up Progression Terhadap Kekuataotot Lengan Dan Bahu Pada Siswa Ekstrakurikuler Voli SMPN 4 Tambang
The study is done at men’s studets extracuriculler volley SMPN 4 Tambang, because viewed from the ability owned by about by about strength and shoulder muscles tehe very less. So reasearchers want t-table so can concluded that H0 is rijected and H1 accepted. Mean inscrease after tested by t-test showed that t-calculation is greater than t-table, the conclusion exercise for 16 times the full range push up and push up progessiom drills can improve strenght arm and shoulder musclesare sigbificant.
