Analisis Keberhasilan Usaha Sop Tunjang Pertama Pekanbaru Dilihat Dari Aspek Kewirausahaan Dan Pemasaran
Business of culinary is promising. However, on the other side, such business is vulnerable from failed. The success rate of culinary business depends on the right strategy, including aspects of entrepreneurship and marketing in capturing the opportunities to be exist. This study aims to determine the influence of entrepreneurship and marketing to business success of The Soup TunjangPertama in Pekanbaru. This study uses qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Population of the study was 100 people, and by using simple random sampling technique then obtained sample of 50 people. The primary data is obtained through interviews with business owners of the Soup TunjangPertamaPekanbaru, and questionnaires about marketing is distributed to its consumers. Secondary data then is collected in the form of a simple notes about any progress related to these food business. From theresults, it canbe concludedthat:(1) The knowledge level of entrepreneurial business owners is greatly affect to the success of the Soup TunjangPertama, particularly in the originality. (2) The marketing aspect is also influence to business success of the Soup TunjangPertama, primarily resulting from product strategy so that currently the business can be recognized as a successful culinary business in Pekanbaru.
