The purpose of modification of the conventional test equipment and electrical sondir combination is the minimize the error factor and the limitations of conventional test equipment sondir on testing the characteristics of the soil and the soil bearing capacity. In the process of modification of a combination of conventiona; test equipment and electrical sondir there are several stage, namely; (1) The design includes the selection of the intial electric motors, reducer, shaft, bearings, sprockets and chains, (2) Manufacture and assembbly of machine elements sondir combination of conventional test equipment and electronics, including the process of machinig and welding processes, (3) Preparation of test equipment sondir combination of conventional and electic, including the selection of 3 phase electric motor with power 3HP, using reducer with reduction ratio of 1:30 with round produced 93,33 rpm, so that the time required result is achieved ± 6 seconds, the manufacture and use cylindrical shaft radial bearings.
