The potential energy of water flow can be utilized to produce energy, one of which is kinetic energy or motion. Potential irrigation water flow can be utilized to move the combination of spiral pump with water turbine. The water turbine used a type of undershot flat blade type 2 m diameter with 18 pieces of blade. The highest irrigation flow rate was 0.29 m3/s, the highest spiral pump discharge output was 0.27 l/s with a spiral pump efficiency of 1.54 % and the head was 3.38 m. The highest flow discharge 0.29 m3/s, the highest efficiency of the system is 32.55 % with electric power generated 187.49 W, 0.15 l/s spiral pump output discharge and the head was 3.11 m. The characteristics of spiral pumps with this water turbine is rotation of shaft, pump discharge output, efficiency, and spiral pump head proportional to the flow of irrigation flow. Therefore, the irrigation flow is influence of the rotation of shaft, the discharge of pump, efficiency and head spiral pump. The efficiency of the spiral pump system alone is much lower than the system efficiency in the spiral pump combination with the water turbine, this is because the greater use of water energy if used for the combination of spiral pumps with water turbines. The installation of a spiral pump combination with a water turbine as a power plant will affect the height of the water that has increased 5 cm, the discharge of the spiral pump output decreased by 0.14 l/s, and the efficiency of the system increased 31 %, and the turbine shaft rotation experienced decrease 2.2 rpm.
