Koordinasi Pemerintah Dalam Sinkronisasi Data Program Keluarga Harapan (Pkh) Di Kecamatan Pujud Kabupaten Rokan Hilir Tahun 2019

The Family Hope Program aims to develop social protection for the poor in Indonesia.
Because the PKH program helps ease the burden of responsibility and change the living
behavior of poor families by providing cash assistance to meet their needs, the target of PKH is
for Very Poor Households (RTSM) by providing conditional cash transfers as recipients of
assistance in the fields of education and health instead of capable families who are able to meet
their daily needs. As happened in Rokan Hilir District, Pujud District, the occurrence of
mistargeting was due to the district government's lack of wisdom in responding to this problem.
The purpose of this study is to find out how the government coordinates in synchronizing
poverty data in the Central Statistics Agency of Rokan Hilir Regency and the obstacles in
government coordination regarding the PKH program in Pujud District. The theory used is the
theory of government coordination by Inu Kencana Syafie regarding the elements of
coordination, namely regulation, synchronization, cooperation and common interests. The
research method used is descriptive qualitative to get a clear picture of the management
carried out related to the coordination of the Family Hope Program. Data collection
techniques were carried out by means of interviews and documentation. The results of this
study are that government coordination in synchronizing PKH data is still not optimal, it can
be seen from the coordination of the village government with the district government where
communication is still not good. In addition, the government's inhibiting factor in PKH
coordination is the lack of human resources, and government coordination.
