Perancangan Prototype Pengendalian Suhu Dan Kelembaban Secara Otomatis Pada Budidaya Jamur Tiram Menggunakan Aplikasi Android Berbasis Internet Of Things (Iot)
ABSTRACT
The Internet of things (IoT) is an open, comprehensive network of intelligent objects
that has the capacity to automate, share information, data and resources, react and act in the
changing environments. An android website or application is used to monitor and control a
network of electronic circuits and sensors through specially designed software. Mushroom
growth is affected by temperature and humidity. IoT systems can be used to regulate
temperature and humidity. In this thesis, an IoT system is created by reading and adjusting
the temperature and humidity conditions of the oyster mushroom room. NodeMCU is used as
a microcontroller that has integrated WiFi module to connect to the database. The DHT11
sensor is used for temperature and humidity readings. The android application is made using
the Web-based MITAPPINVENTOR. The temperature of the oyster mushroom room is
maintained between 24 - 28ºC with fan and lamp actuators. The humidity of the room is kept
above 80%. The results of oyster mushrooms using IoT have better quality than mushrooms
without an IoT system. Oyster mushroom is whiter and fresher with IoT.
