Good Corporate Governance Dan Pencegahan Fraud (Studi Empiris Di Pt Bank Riau Kepri)

ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze good corporate governance and fraud prevention
at PT Bank Riau Kepri. The variable used in this research is good coporate
governance, whistleblowing, and internal control system. The data used in this study
are primary data and a questionnaire as an instrument. The method used for sample
selection is non-probability sampling technique. This study uses non-probability
sampling with a saturated sample technique. PT Bank Riau Kepri has 20 branch
offices and 42 sub-branches. The research sample is 62 samples with 142
respondents. However, only 80 respondents answered the questionnaire and it can be
processed. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear
regression analysis. The results show that good corporate governance,
whistleblowing and internal control systems affect the fraud prevention.
