Mitigasi Faktor Risiko Keterlambatan Proyek Pembangunan Jaringan Distribusi Listrik Menggunakan Simulasi Monte Carlo
Delays in electricity distribution network construction projects can result in financial losses, operational impacts and bad reputation for stakeholders. This research aims to identify risk factors that influence project delays, analyzing risks using the Monte Carlo method. The study was conducted on an electricity distribution network construction project in five villages in Pulau Meranti Regency, Riau. The research method used is a combination of qualitative and quantitative. Data was collected through surveys, interviews and literature reviews, then analyzed using the Relative Importance Index (RII) and Monte Carlo simulation. The research results show that the main risk factors include large-scale disease outbreaks (pandemics), inadequate financial flows, poor work coordination, design changes, inappropriate estimates of material requirements, inappropriate estimates of labor requirements, and technical specifications, materials. , or method of work. Monte Carlo simulations produce the probability of project completion at a certain time, both before and after implementation of mitigation strategies. Implementation of risk mitigation was able to reduce the probability of project delay by 39% from a delay of 323 days to 197 days.. This study provides practical recommendations for stakeholders to improve schedule and resource efficiency, thereby supporting the success of similar projects in the future.
