Evaluasi Rencana Waktu Pelaksanaan Peningkatan Jalan Simpang Pramuka-Batas Kabupaten Siak Rumbai Pesisir Kota Pekanbaru Dengan Menggunakan Microsoft Project 2016

ABSTRACT
Project generally have a time limit, meaning that the project must be
completed before or on time that has been determined. The work on improving the
scout intersection Siak Rumbai Pesisir Pekanbaru city experienced delays in the
implementation of the surface layer namely Asphalt Concrete Binder Course (ACBC)
because the thickness of the thick layer of class A aggregate foundations is not
as planned, so that it will affect the design life of the road. When checking the
thickness foundation layer or called the core drill, the thickness of the class A
aggregate foundation layer has not reached the specified target wich is 15 cm. Delay
due to lack of thickness of class A aggregate foundation layer and equipment has
been returned to wuarru. After evaluating the time schedule using network planning
with Microsoft Project 2016, by adding overtime hours to work that is included in
the critical trajectory, there will be an effect on project completion time, from 168
calendar days to 92 calendar days, so it can be accelerated to 76 days.
