Pengembangan Media Permainan Technology Based Alphabet Untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Mengenal Keaksaraan Awal Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun
This study aims to produce a Technology Based Alpjabet game media
and determine the feasibility of the game media for children aged 5-6 years. Technology
Based Alphabet game media is a support in learning activities to recognize early literacy
for children aged 5-6 years. Research and development (R&D) according to Borg and
Gall with the steps between the potential and problems, data collection, product design,
design validation, design revision, and product revision. The data collection technique
in this study used observation and interviews, while the research instrument was carried
out using a questionnaire. The instrument consists of validation of material experts,
media experts, and educators. The analytical technique used in this research is
descriptive and quantitative analysis. From the results of the study, it showed that the
Technology Based Alphabet game media that has been developed through the validation
assesment of material expert I and II obtained an average score of 3.65 with the “Very
Good” category and the “Decent” eligibiity, then the validation assesment of media
experts I and II obtained an avarage score of 3.75 with the “Very Good” category and
“Decent” eligibility, then the expert validation assesment of educators I, II, III, IV, and
V otained an average score of 3.60. The results of the three stages, namely the
validation of material experts, media, and educators were combined and declared
eligible with an average score of 3.67 with th “Very Good” category and “Eligible”
with an average score of 3.67 whit the “Very Good” category and the “Eligible”
category. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be
concluded that the Technology Based Alphabe game media to improve the ability to
recognize early literacy of children aged 5-6 years in feasible to use.
