ABSTRACT
Before the construction of a building, the Budget Plan is one of the main
processes carried out to determine the total amount of work costs by outlining
each work item starting calculating the volume of work, making a Work Unit
Price Analysis (AHSP), making detailed Budget Plans, all of which The
calculation refers to the plan drawings, material prices and wages around the
construction site and the AHSP of the PURP Ministerial Decree. As for the
purpose of this final project, the author designs a plan drawing with a building
area of 264 m², makes a work plan and technical requirements and calculate the
budget plan. The results obtained are that the total building cost is Rp.
1,303,844,000.00- (one billion three hundred three million eight hundred fortyfour
thousand rupiah), and the cost per m² of building is Rp4,938,804.00- (four
million nine hundred and thirty-eight thousand eight hundred and four rupiahs).
