Analisis Kelayakan Finansial Pengemudi Gojek Pekanbaru

ABSTRACT
Gojek is a technology company transportation from Indonesia that was founded
on October 13, 2010 with its founder, Nadiem Makarim, this service is a public
transportation transportation application through online transportation-based
motorcycle taxi services, while the vehicle itself belongs to partners who have
joined PT Gojek Indonesia. The rapid growth of online gojek services in
Pekanbaru and has succeeded in attracting a large number of workers as drivers
has become a phenomenon that needs attention. This study aims to analyze the
financial feasibility of online transportation in the city of Pekanbaru, so that it
can be used as a reference for people who want to join PT Gojek Indonesia. This
study uses 5 analytical methods, namely BEP to determine the principal return
point, PBP to determine the length of time an investment or business returns, and
IRR, NPV, BCR are used to determine the feasibility of a gojek business. The
results obtained from the feasibility test are IRR of 4,9%; 5,2%; 5,1%; 4,4%; and
4,7%. NPV is positive, that is 50.441.728,49; 90.508.819,49; 92.616.413,89;
3.271.884,89 and 17.854422,74. BCR value of 2,471 ; 3,452 ; 2,859 ; 1,528 ; and
1,916, the BCR value obtained is less than 1. Based on financial analysis through
the 3 methods, the business of gojek driver is declared feasible to run.
