Pengaruh Harga, Kualitas Layanan Dan Kepercayaan Kosumen Terhadap Keputusan Membeli Tiket Online Traveloka
This study aims to determine the effect of trust and service quality on
purchasing decisions and their impact on purchase intention on the Traveloka
application. This research consists of independent variables, namely trust and
service quality, intervening variables, namely purchasing decisions, and the
dependent variable is purchase intention. The type of research used is acausal
quantitative research, while the data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The
population in this study are respondents who have made reservations using the
Traveloka application who are domiciled in the city of Pekanbaru, with a total
sample of 100 respondents. Sampling using multiple linear regression analysis
technique and coefficient of multiple determination is used as an analytical tool
while hypothesis testing is carried out by t-test and F-test with the help of SPSS .24
program.
The results of the research on the first substructure analysis show that
partially the trust variable and service quality variable have a significant effect on
respondents' purchasing decisions on the Traveloka application. The results of the
second substructure analysis show that partially the trust variable and service
quality variable have a significant effect on purchasing decisions and have an
impact on respondents' buying interest in the Traveloka application.
