This research is conducted to overcome the problems of: 1) Is there any influence of social interaction on the social competence of State Elementary School teachers in Langgam District, Pelalawan Regency? 2) Is there an influence of organizational culture on the social competence of State Elementary School teachers in Langgam District, Pelalawan Regency? 3) Is there a significant positive effect of social interaction and organizational culture together on the social competence of State Elementary School teachers in Langgam District, Pelalawan Regency?
This research is aimed to evaluate and to analyze: 1) the effect of social interaction on the social competence of state elementary school teachers in Langgam sub-district, Pelalawan district, 2) the influence of organizational culture on the social competence of state elementary school teachers in Langgam district, Pelalawan district, 3) the influence of social interaction and organizational culture together on social competence State Elementary School teacher in Langgam District, Pelalawan Regency
The population of this study were teachers of There were 107 state elementary school teachers in Langgam sub-district, Pelalawan district, and all of them were studied. The type of data from this study is primary data and secondary data for those obtained from teachers using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. Processing of data for descriptive statistical analysis in this study using Microsoft Excel and SPSS version 25 for Windows.
The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between social interaction variables (X1) and organizational culture (X2) on social competence (Y) in SD Negeri Langgam District, Pelalawan Regency.
