Pengaruh Etos Kerja Dan Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Guru SDN Kecamatan Sei. Kijang Kebupaten Pelalawan
This study aims to (1) determine the effect of work ethic on teacher performance, (2) organizational climate affect teacher performance, (3) work ethic and organizational climate affect teacher performance together. The research respondents were State Elementary School teachers in Sei Kijang District, Pelalawan Regency, totaling 163 people with a sample of 116. Data was collected through questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, statistical inferential analysis. The instrument reliability coefficient was calculated using the Cronbach alpha formula. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of work ethic on teacher performance of 0.621, and there was a positive and significant effect of organizational climate on teacher performance of 0.433. Meanwhile, together there is an effect of work ethic and organizational climate on teacher performance of 0.650.
