Kontribusi Motivasi Berprestasi Dan Sistem Penghargaan Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Guru SDN Kecamatan Langgam Kabupaten Pelalawan
This study aims to (1) determine the effect of achievement motivation on teacher job satisfaction, (2) the reward system affects teacher job satisfaction, (3) achievement motivation and the reward system jointly affect teacher job satisfaction. The research respondents were State Elementary School teachers, Langgam District, Pe lalawan Regency, totaling 269 people with a sample of 161. Data was collected through questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, statistical inferential analysis. The instrument reliability coefficient was calculated using the Cronbach alpha formula. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of achievement motivation on teacher job satisfaction of 0.447, and there was a positive and significant effect of the reward system on teacher job satisfaction of 0.338. Meanwhile, together there is an effect of achievement motivation and reward system on teacher job satisfaction of 0.474.
