Uji Isolat Dan Konsorsium Trichoderma Sp. Dan Gliocladium Sp. Untuk Mengendalikan Penyakit Layu Fusarium (Fusarium Oxysporum) Pada Tanaman Tomat (Lycopersicum Esculentum Mill)
ABSTRACT
This study aims to find out the effect of giving Trichoderma sp. And Gliocladium sp. single and consortium and get the best treatment in inhibiting Fusarium oxysporum which causes fusarium wilt disease in tomato plants. The study was conducted experimentally using a complete randomized design (RAL) consisting of 7 treatments and 4 repeats. The treatment tested were an isolate of the bioagent consortium (K) consisting of K0 (without biological agents), K1 (T. harzianum), K2 (T. hamatum), K3 (Gliocladium sp.), K4 (T. harzianum + Gliocladium sp.), K5 (T. hamatum + Gliocladium sp.), K6 (T. harzianum + T. hamatum + Gliocladium sp.). The data collected was statistically analyzed using diversity fingerprint and further tests with the Least Significant Different (LSD) at a level of 5%. Trichoderma spp. and Gliocladium sp. single and consortium have a real effect on the appearance of early symptoms, disease intensity, plant height, number of leaves, number of fruit and weight of fruit, but the effect is not noticeable on the appearance of flowers. Isolated Trichoderma spp. and Gliocladium sp. single and consortium was able to suppress the incidence of fusarium wilt disease caused by F. oxysporum in tomato plants. The K6 (T. harzianum + T. hamatum + Gliocladium sp.) treatment is the best treatment in inhibiting fusarium wilt disease and provides the best results for tomato plants.
