Analisis Kesadaran Wajib Pajak Bumi Dan Bangunan Di Kota Pekanbaru

This research was conducted in Pekanbaru City, Riau Province. The purpose of this research is to find out the level of awareness of land and building taxpayers in Pekanbaru City. This research is expected to be useful as an information material for readers and as a reference material for interested parties. The type of data used in this study is primary data and by using descriptive analysis methods, the variable in this study is the awareness of earth taxpayers and banguanan. As for the indicators of such awareness 1) conscious pay. 2) perception of taxation. 3) knowledge of taxation. 4) characteristics. 5) counseling. 6) tax rate.. The results of this study can show that the level of consciously paying land and building tax is quite good, the perception and knowledge of the community is also good about the land and building tax but but there are still in a small part of the community who have absolutely no knowledge or understanding about the land tax and banguanan, the characteristics of the community about the land and building tax is quite good but there are still doubts in the community because there are still negative assumptions about the land tax dang buildings circulating among the community , counseling about land and building tax in pekanbaru city is not spread evenly and thoroughly, most of the people of Pekanbaru city know the amount of land tax rates and banguanan they pay but some other people still have some doubts.
