Implementasi Kebijakan Zonasi Pada Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru SMP Negeri Di Kecamatan Tembilahan Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir
This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the new student
admission policy of the zoning system at the junior high school level in
Tembilahan District, Indragiri Hilir Regency in 2021 and to find out what factors
are the supporters and obstacles in implementing it.
The key resource persons in this study were: Head of Department/Head of
Section/Staff of Education and Culture of Indragiri Hilir Regency, Head of UPTD
Education Office of Tembilahan District, Indragiri Hilir Regency and
Principals/Teachers of each State Junior High School in Tembilahan District,
Indragiri Hilir Regency. This research was conducted by interview.
The results of the study concluded that the implementation of the PPDB
zoning system policy for the junior high school level in Indragiri Hilir Regency,
especially in the Tembilahan District area in 2021, had been going well but was
not optimal because there were still some shortcomings. Judging from the
effectiveness indicator, it can be said to be effective because the implementation
of the 4 State Junior High Schools in Tembilahan District the average PPDB
percentage has reached 96% so that the capacity has been fulfilled. Judging from
the efficiency indicator, it can be said to be efficient. Judging from the Sufficiency
indicator, it can be said that it is not fully sufficient, because it has not been able
to completely overcome the problem of school inequality. Judging from the
indicators Equity is not yet fully even. Judging from the Responsiveness indicator,
it can be said that it is already responsive. And in terms of the accuracy indicator,
it has been applied correctly.
