Pengaruh Lama Perendaman Setek Dengan Berbagai Konsentrasi Zpt Alami Air Kelapa Terhadap Pertumbuhan Bibit Jeruk Siam (Citrus Nobilis L.)

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of soaking the cuttings with various concentrations of coconut water and get the best treatment on the growth and development of cuttings. The study was conducted at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Riau University, Pekanbaru from May to August 2021. This study used a completely randomized design with 12 treatments and 3 replications. Each experimental unit consisted of 3 plants. The combination of treatments J1, J2, J3, and J4 immersion for 6 hours with concentrations of 15%, 20%, 25% and 30%, treatment combinations J5, J6, J7 and J8 immersion for 8 hours with concentrations of 15%, 20%, 25% and 30%, treatment combinations J9, J10, J11 and J12 were soaked for 10 hours with concentrations of 15%, 20%, 25% and 30%. Parameters measured were shoot emergence time, number of shoots, number of leaves, root volume, root wet weight, root dry weight, percentage of live. The combination of soaking with coconut water concentration had no significant effect on all parameters of Siamese citrus cuttings. The combination of soaking 10 hours with a concentration of 30% tends to give the best effect on the number of leaves, root volume, root wet weight, root dry weight, and live percentage of Siamese cuttings.
