Pengaruh Kompetensi Pedagogik Dan Kompetensi Profesional Terhadap Kinerja Guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri Di Kecamatan Mandau Kabupaten Bengkalis
This study aims to determine the positive and significant influence of
pedagogic competence and professional competence on the performance of State
Elementary School teachers in Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency. The
population in this study were all public elementary school teachers in Mandau
District, Bengkalis Regency totaling 138 respondents, the research sample was
102 respondents. The data analysis used is correlation analysis, regression
coefficient, and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that
there is a positive and significant effect of pedagogic competence (X1) on teacher
performance (Y) with a determinant coefficient = (0.782)2x100 = 61.1%. There is
also a positive and significant effect of professional competence (X2) on teacher
performance (Y) with a determinant coefficient = (0.670)2x100 = 44.9%. While
the influence of pedagogic competence (X1) and professional competence (X2) on
teacher performance (Y) has a coefficient of determination of r2y1.2 =
(0.808)2x100 = 65.3%. The conclusion of the variables of pedagogic competence
and professional competence on the performance of State Elementary School
teachers in Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency has a positive direction.
