The results of the analysis showed that so far the media that was often used was the quiz application and virtual communication, there was no media that can meet student learning needs such as material, learning videos, practice questions, and others. Each student had a tablet computer, but no special application was provided for learning to use the device. Students were required to understand, analyze, and present solutions to the problem of the economic phenomenon of national income. While the majority of students are lazy to do difficult economic lessons related to formulas, calculations, and curves. Schools had adequate facilities and learning environments to support learning activities. The series of needs analysis was evaluated with the relevant theory, so it can be concluded that students and teachers need learning media that can help meet student learning needs, increased student learning motivation, in accordance with curriculum demands, and supported by the facilities they had.
Needs analysis data becomes a reference for the next stage, namely design or planning. The media was designed with the help of the Articulate Storyline 3 application, Canva, and APK Builder 2. The application had several features, namely a log in page, an introduction containing media introductions and instructions, a basic competency page and indicators, a learning start page containing various learning resources such as material, comics, learning videos, and interactive simulations, practice questions pages that can be used in offline and online modes, as well as information pages containing summaries, references, and profiles of developers and mentors. Development was carried out to provide excellence and make a difference to other learning media. The media in this study was designed with a simple and attractive appearance, had a variety of learning resources, material with audio explanations, interesting comics, simulations that provide a direct learning experience for students, there were access links and barcode scans to access e-books and videos on the Youtube channel, and the media can be accessed offline and online.
The media products that had been created were then validated by 3 media experts and 2 material experts who were experts in their respective fields (expert

The limited trial was conducted in class XI IPS SMAIT Al Fityah. The lack of media contained in the limited trial stage was then corrected for use at the implementation stage. The results of the limited trial related to students' learning motivation, there was an increase in learning motivation, where before using the media, the majority of SMAIT Al Fityah students had low and moderate learning motivation. After using the media 9 students had high motivation and 7 others had moderate motivation. The Wilcoxon pretest-posttest test results showed a significance of 0.000, which means that there was a difference in the average learning motivation before and after using the media. The same results were also shown at the implementation stage. The implementation of the media carried out on students of class XI IPS SMAIT Al Bayyinah succeeded in increasing student learning motivation, which previously 80% of students were at low and medium motivation levels, after using media 90% of students were at medium and high motivation levels. The Wilcoxon pretest-posttest test showed a significance of 0.000, which means that there was a difference in the average student motivation at the implementation stage. These results proved that the media was effective in increasing students' learning motivation.
The practicality and usefulness test was carried out through an analysis of student and teacher responses to the use of media questionnaires. The results obtained that there were 75% of students in the limited trial and 100% of students in implementation stage stated that the media had high practicality and usefulness, even the two teachers gave the highest score on the questionnaire. This was supported by written responses given by students and teachers regarding media, where students want media to be available for all lessons, students get an interesting and fun learning experience, and students even recommend that media be uploaded to the Play Store application. The teacher also suggested that media be made for all economics subject matter. Android-based media was recommended to be used by students and teachers, especially to increase student learning motivation. There was limitation in the study, where the application was only available on one economic subject. It was hoped that future researchers can use better applications to develop media, upload media to the Play Store for a wider range of use, conduct more intense trials to form student learning habits, and try media development on other subject matter.
