Optimalisasi Produksi Tahu Pada Cv Tahu Tulus Di Kecamatan Pasir Penyu Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu
ABSTRACT Tofu is a product made from coagulating soy protein which has high digestibility and is much-loved by the public. The purpose of this study is to calculate and analyze the optimal production combination, resource allocation and changes in the value of production components due to scenarios and maximizing profits. The research method used is a case study, interviews using primary data and secondary data. The analysis used is optimization analysis, sensitivity analysis and scenario sensitivity analysis. The results of a study of processed POM/QM for Windows 3 stated that CV Tahu Tulus was recommended to produce 0.00 units of large white tofu and 112,888.00 units of small white tofu per week for optimal production. The maximum profit earned is IDR 27,296,330.00 per week. From the sensitivity analysis of the allocation of resources to soybeans need to be added. Labor hours, milling machine working hours, fuel use need to be reduced because it has a large residual value. Production costs and other costs need to be reduced because they have a large residual value. Scenarios I, II and III at optimal production show a reduction in profits of IDR 26,599,810.00, IDR 27,251,170.00, IDR 26,555,790.00. Scenarios I, II and III at maximum profit show a reduction in profit, namely IDR 20,993,120.00, IDR 23,532,520.00, IDR 21,522,140.00.
