Efektivitas Pembelajaran Kewirausahaan Di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan
In the era of globalization and advanced technology, having skills such as
innovation, leadership, collaboration, and developing ideas is important in
various fields of work. Entrepreneurship studies can help students develop these
skills and strengthen their competitiveness in the job market. Vocational schools
need to train their graduates to become entrepreneurs who are ready to face the
challenges of the business world in the future. Entrepreneurship learning can help
prepare students to become creative, resilient, and adaptable entrepreneurs.
Through entrepreneurship courses, SMK students can learn the skills needed to
create jobs for themselves and society. The increasing number of students who are
interested in the world of entrepreneurship can also contribute to the economic
development of a region. To ensure the effectiveness of entrepreneurship learning,
it is necessary to evaluate or measure. This evaluation can be carried out through
knowledge tests, skills assessments, attitude surveys, and direct observation of the
application of entrepreneurial skills and knowledge in real situations.
This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of entrepreneurship learning
in vocational high schools. The type of research used was a mixed method
combination study, this research was conducted at the State Vocational High
School 2, Bathin Solaphan District and Korpri Private Vocational High School,
Bathin Solaphan District. Quantitative data types are primary data sources,
namely data obtained directly from the source in question in the form of an
assessment of students' entrepreneurial attitudes and skills as well as knowledge
(value) in creative and entrepreneurial product subjects. The population in this
study were 224 students and the entire population to be sampled in this study.
Data collection techniques in this study were tests, observations and interviews.
The analysis technique used is quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis.
The results showed: 1) An overview of the effectiveness of student
entrepreneurship learning related to indicators of the effectiveness of
entrepreneurship learning namely entrepreneurial knowledge, entrepreneurial
attitudes and entrepreneurial skills are in the fairly effective category. The highest
dimension is in the aspect of entrepreneurial knowledge with a percentage of 85%
and the lowest percentage is 70% in the indicator of entrepreneurial attitudes and
69% in the indicator of entrepreneurial skills. Based on these data, it is necessary
to place an emphasis on increasing entrepreneurial attitudes and entrepreneurial
skills of students, 2) On the knowledge indicator, student learning outcomes have
increased, so that it is clear that creative and entrepreneurial product lessons are
effective in influencing student learning outcomes, 3) On indicators attitude, the
results of observing student attitudes increased at the first meeting and the second
meeting was in the good category. So it can be concluded that creative and
entrepreneurship product lessons are effective in influencing student attitudes. 4)
On the skills indicator, the results of observations at the first meeting and the
second meeting experienced an increase in the good category. So it can be
concluded that creative and entrepreneurship product lessons are effective in
influencing student skills.

Suggestions on the results of research on the effectiveness of
entrepreneurship learning through entrepreneurial knowledge, entrepreneurial
attitudes and entrepreneurial skills, 1) Entrepreneurial Knowledge, schools need
to develop and strengthen a comprehensive entrepreneurship program. This
program should cover various aspects of entrepreneurship such as business
planning, financial management, marketing, innovation and leadership skills. The
program must be designed to involve students actively in practical learning and
real experiences, 2) Entrepreneurial attitude, in conveying and introducing
entrepreneurial values to students. Values such as innovation, creativity,
perseverance, responsibility, controlled risk and adaptability must be instilled in
the school culture. Teachers and school staff can be an example in implementing
and practicing these values, 3) Entrepreneurial skills, schools must provide
opportunities for students to develop practical entrepreneurial skills. This can be
done through activities such as business simulations, case studies, business
planning, or entrepreneurial projects. Students should be given hands-on
experience in designing and managing a small business, so they can develop the
skills necessary to start and manage their own business in the future, 4)
Effectiveness of entrepreneurship learning, to improve it schools should adjust the
curriculum and make sure that the material and content relevant to the needs and
developments of the current business world, involving entrepreneurship
practitioners and experts, building an entrepreneurial environment, and the
learning approach must be project-based, 5) This research can be used as a
reference material for further research in conducting research on the
effectiveness of entrepreneurship learning, knowing the factors which can
increase the effectiveness of entrepreneurship learning in addition to those
examined in research.
